We believe this is not by accident.  We know the sports we cover, how to take a picture that encapsulates the moment and how to capture the endeavour of the participants.  This is what differentiates us.  We believe you can see our 40 years of photography and in-depth knowledge of sport in the photographs we take. 

Blocking the shot, making the pass, turning on the power, riding the stopper, driving for the line; that moment – the one you want to remember.  Capturing the effort, documenting and recording events and athletes is what we do.  

Sports and Action photography is all about timing. Its about reacting. Its about being in the right place at the right time and its about ‘executing’. These are all qualities of the athlete and those of the photographer as well. Each sport has predictable and unpredictable moments. By knowing these moments we can anticipate the action.

 

We use The latest Canon Digital Professional Camera equipment, upgrading far more often than is really necessary. Its overkill, but this way we make sure we have the right tools for the job. Equipment that includes 2 x Canon 1DMK11N Digital Cameras, Canon 400mm 2.8 L IS USM, Canon 70 - 200mm 2.8 L IS USM,  Canon 24 - 70mm 2.8 L USM, Canon 100 - 400mm L IS USM, 50mm 1.4 L USM.

If the pictures doesn’t measure up, we don’t sell it.  At a typical sporting event we will often take 1000+ shots, capturing almost every boat, player and participant.  That doesn’t mean they all make it onto the site, or if working on commission, to the customer.  All pictures are edited and reviewed; if we don’t like them, we don’t sell them.  We load all photos for sale onto this site; you should be able to find any photos from any event within three clicks.  Purchasing online is equally simple – and its secure.

 

We take similar care over the production of the photograph itself, air drying each print and checking its quality, colour, tone and consistency before despatch.  That’s why we are ranked so highly.  We sell great photographs.
